Shipping policy

Item usually ships in 1-2 business days upon receipt of payment. Please allow 3-10 business days for item to arrive once it ships via Freight (larger items) or FedEx (smaller items).

Items that are too large or deemed oversize will be tracked, which may take 3 to 5 business days in addition to regular shipping times. Please be patient while we process your order, as you will receive shipping and tracking information via Email once it is complete.
Usually, the item will be shipped via FedEx. FedEx may leave the package at the front door and it is the customer responsible for the package lost.

The larger Furniture items will be shipped via a Freight company. The shipment will be ship Curb Side only unless Inside delivery option has been selected. And the signature is required.

Freight company can't schedule the exact time; they can always give a shipping window Time frame. Once GTU Furniture has shipped out your order, GTU Furniture will not be responsible for any shipping delay due to severe weather condition, freight trucking company delay, delay due to the appointment, delay due to miss place the package and any other delay reason.

There will be Re-delivery fee, Storage fee, Or return shipment cost(up to 50% of your order) may be deducted from original purchasing if the item needs to be return or redelivery.
